Profhilo
Profhilo® is not a filler – It is a new Hyaluronic Acid gel, one of the latest innovations to treat the skin laxity by skin bio-remodelling. It compliments all other aesthetic procedures by significantly improving the tissue quality.
Profhilo® uses patented technologies engineered for ‘skin remodelling’. It has one of the highest concentration of Hyaluronic Acid on the market, which is slowly released stimulating 4 different types of collagen and elastin resulting in significant improvement of tissue quality from within.
The benefits of Profhilo® include deep skin hydration, smoothening of fine lines and wrinkles, healthier, and a more hydrated glowing complexion. Profhilo plumps and lifts the skin and improves elasticity without adding structural volume.
It can be used on the face, neck, chest and hands.
A minimum of 2 treatments are required 1 month apart. It is recommended that treatment is repeated every 4-6 months to maintain results.

Polynucleotide treatments
Polynucleotides are a relatively new bio-stimulator for skin rejuvenation and protection.
Polynucleotides (PN) are powerful, naturally occurring molecules that play a crucial role in skin rejuvenation. Found within the nucleic acids of our cells, these molecules are known for their remarkable ability to heal and repair skin tissue.
They are typically derived from natural sources, such as trout or salmon DNA, and are purified for use in skin treatments. These treatments have been used in the medical field for over 30 years, in particular in wound and tissue regeneration, more recently moving to the medical aesthetics field as an anti-ageing treatment.
The way in which Polynucleotide treatments differ from familiar injectables such as Profhilo is that it’s a bio-stimulant gel, rather than hyaluronic acid. They do the all important job of stimulating fibroblasts – the major cells responsible for the production of collagen. They help cells retain water, improve skin elasticity and tightness, and aid in the prevention of wrinkles.
Polynucleotides directly stimulate specific receptors on the fibroblast cells and produce the healthy collagen that we have in our youth. They are fantastic for the more mature age group as they regenerate sagging and dehydrated skin and thicken the tissues.
As a result of the action of the Polynucleotide, the skin becomes lifted, tighter, moisturised and softer, resulting in a healthy looking, fresh, younger, and well-rested appearance. It is not a volumiser. or a filler
Key Features:
Visible rejuvenating effect without affecting facial features
Polynucleotides help to stimulate cell renewal
Acts on three levels: lifting, antioxidant, moisturising
Reduces the appearance of wrinkles, helping to firm the skin
Rehydrates dehydrated skin
Before injections, to extend their aesthetic effects
Biostimulation and increase in collagen type 1
Treatment Areas:
— Ideal for those concerned with loss of elasticity, ageing, loss of radiance and dryness
— Dehydrated skin
— Stretch Marks
— Scars
— Skin subjected to oxidative stress
The Polynucleotide treatment regime typically involves a series of 2-4 treatments, spaced 2-4 weeks apart. It also has good longevity – up to 9 months after two treatments.
The number of treatments required will depend on the individual's skin condition and goals.

Sunekos Performa
Sunekos® Performa is an injectable skin rejuvenation treatment that improves skin quality from within. It works by stimulating the skin’s natural repair processes, helping to restore hydration, elasticity, and a healthy glow — without adding volume or altering facial shape.
The treatment combines hyaluronic acid with a unique blend of amino acids, which support collagen and elastin production. This helps to soften fine lines, improve skin texture, and enhance firmness over time.
Sunekos Performa is ideal for patients seeking subtle, natural-looking rejuvenation, particularly in delicate areas or where early signs of ageing are present.
What can Sunekos® Performa help with?
- Fine lines and early wrinkles
- Loss of firmness and elasticity
- Dehydrated or dull skin
- Crepey or thinning skin
Common treatment areas include under-eye area, facial skin, neck., chest, hands.
Treatment:
Treatment takes around 20–30 minutes and involves superficial injections using fine needles, with a little topical anaesthetic. Mild redness or swelling may occur and usually settles quickly.
For best results, a course of 2-4 treatments is recommended, spaced 1-2 weeks apart, with gradual improvements developing over the following weeks.
